This Privacy Policy explains how Vokinio ("Vokinio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the Vokinio mobile application and related services (the "Service").

We collect information that you choose to provide to us through the Service, including:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A profile picture, if you choose to upload one
- A studio photo or other images, if you choose to upload them
- Audio, video, text, and other content that you create, upload, or manage in the Service
We do not currently use third-party analytics tools to track user behavior in the app.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Provide the features and functionality of the Service
- Store and manage your uploaded content
- Allow you to configure and control how your content is distributed
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service
4. Distribution of Your Content
Vokinio does not independently distribute your audio, video, or other content. Distribution choices are controlled by you through the Service. You are responsible for the distribution options you select and for the content you choose to make available through those options.
5. Service Providers and Hosting
We use third-party service providers to host, store, and deliver the Service, including infrastructure and content delivery providers such as AWS, Heroku, and CloudFront.
These providers may process your information on our behalf solely to support operation of the Service, subject to their own legal obligations and service terms.
6. Logs and Operational Data
Although we do not currently use analytics tools, our hosting providers may generate server and application logs as part of operating and securing the Service. These logs may include technical information such as request metadata, timestamps, IP address information, and error details.
We use this information for troubleshooting, security, maintenance, and service reliability.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
If you delete your account (called a "studio" in the app), deletion cascades through the system and removes your associated user data from the Service, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, backup, or operational reasons.

You may request deletion of your account by using the deletion functionality available in the app, if provided, or by contacting us at support@vokinio.com .
When your account is deleted, we delete the associated user data from the active Service environment through cascading deletion processes, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, backup restoration cycles, or enforcement of our rights.
9. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us at support@vokinio.com .
11. International Users
If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your location.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features of the Service may not function properly without it.
